Published Short Story

I finally did it. Granted the short is in an anthology done in honor of Carrie Fisher. All proceeds are going to the International BiPolar Foundation. All those who put work into it still hold all rights to their works and receive no royalties from any proceeds of the books. But that last bit wasn't why we did the anthology; it was to honor Carrie.

 With the short story out, the next obvious step would be start working on the novel the short leads into. The question that I've been half wrestling with is do I leave the short alone and let it stand as is to lead into the novel or do I put into the novel as chapter one with some edits to blend better?
